Khalid Muneer
Is Director of International Sales for Prudential Transact Realty in the Daytona Beach area. Khalid attended school and then college in Britain, graduating from Birmingham University with a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science and Post Graduate Studies in Banking.
After Spending 16 years in International Banking in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East as an Investment Manager, specializing in foreign exchange, he moved to Palm Coast in 1991 and became involved in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Ten years ago as Palm Coast became the fastest growing city in the United States, Khalid gained extensive Knowledge of the Real Estate business and his activity and sales have risen to record levels, making him one of Flagler County’s top Producers. He is now concentrating on developing his International Real Estate business, having just returned from a trip to the U.K and Dubai.
Khalid has traveled extensively and represented the bank at International Investment conferences throughout the world. He has lived in or visited the U.K, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Egypt, Kenya, Seychelles Republic, South Africa, Lesotho, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Japan, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Canada.
Now, as Chairman of the International Real Estate Committee of Flagler County, Khalid is looking forward to making this a very active and mutually beneficial Real Estate group, through both education and trips to various destinations overseas.
